It was great to visit the AMPC Showcase in Melbourne, Australia to present the AMPC sponsored project that uses Countermark to implement Farm to Plate / Plate to Farm traceability.
The best bit was meeting many of the great people who care deeply about Aussieproduce, and saw the AMPC Showcase as a way of finding better ways to bring it to market.
Talking to Hannah Grady about how we use Countermark, a secure document system, to protect every label and consignment note, to bring secure traceability to the meat supplychain both, in Australia and in Australian export markets.
At the same time the Countermark app lets consumers know about the farm where their meat was raised, and let’s the farmer engage with customers, offering recipes and weblinks that tell their story to consumers.
